• Cleopatra

The word 'throne' serves as a big clue to the setting of this chapter. It paints a faint picture of a mysterious venue such as an ancient castle with a woman being the most authoritative figure.
  • This line is an allusion of Queen Cleopatra and her partner Antony in a Shakespeare play called “Antony and Cleopatra". Cleopatra is a female figure with exceptional power and beauty who excessively used her beauty in a sexual concept to achieve political stand but later on committed suicide out of desperation.
